Anthropic and Salesforce announced an expansion of their partnership to bring the Claude model to sectors where regulation and data security are central. Why does this matter now? On the Slack side, the integration uses the Model Context Protocol MCP, allowing Claude to access channels, messages, and files to summarize conversations, extract key decisions, and turn discussions into concrete actions.
